Do you offer custom skins?
Yes you can custom create your own designs. Please send us an image (1920p x 1080p) and we will create you your very own custom skin decal. We will send you a mockup of what the item will look like.

Where do we ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Sydney, Australia HQ. We currently ship nationwide within to Australia, New Zealand USA, Canada and a selection of countries in Asia and Europe.

When will my order be processed?
We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 working days. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may take up to 5 working days to be processed.

Can I track my order?
We send our items via Standard Australia Postage which does not come with tracking. If you have Upgraded your shipping option and your tracking information has not yet been provided please contact us for your tracking information.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please refrain from cancelling your order up to 24 hours as we will have begun production for your item already.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not do returns or exchanges as the items are made to order for you. If there has been a mistake with your order please contact us and we will do our best to help.
